Engaging Computing Courses for Children

Primary
The ‘Strands Covered’ headings are aligned to the different strands of computing found in the Computing curriculum. Below are the strands of study:
Algorithms (A)
Programming and Development (PD)
Data and Data representation (DD)
Hardware and Processing (HP)
Communication and Networks (CN)
Information and Technology (IT)
The focus of the course is progression through and across these strands of computing.
02.
Primary Plus
This course provides training in accordance with the British national standards, to provide students with training in the main strands of computing, progress levels of coding including HTML, app making and creating podcasts.
03.
Secondary
Building on the children’s knowledge this course mainly focuses on Python coding, developing key language skills, most used codes and E book making.
